| 工作职责： |
1、To contribute to the efficient and effective running of the company’s operations by establishing and coordinating the implementation of internal control measures and procedures.
2、Verify and control all expenses be properly approved and accounted for in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
3、Verify and control the AR & billing processing in according to company’s policies and procedures.
4、To ensure that accounting practice is in line with statutory and group requirements by directing the work of accounts staff and coordination with external auditors regarding proper accounting policies, systems and practices.
5、Maintain accounting system to ensure transactions are properly processed and financial reports are generated smoothly.
6、Ensure all the accounting treatment in accordance with company’s guideline, liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure the compliance of guidelines as well as statutory requirement.
7、To ensure timely production of Financial and Management reports by planning and directing the work of the finance department.
8、Ensure accurate recording of transactions in financial package/system in order to provide quality reports for Management’s analysis.
9、Provide advice and support on accounting function/treatment to Management.
10、Liaise with Group Tax and Legal in drafting and negotiating any type of agreements and other contractual documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
11、Where professional advice is required on tax and legal matters, liaise with the appropriate level of professional consultancy with approval by management.
12、Handle all (VAT, customs and excise) tax matters and reporting.
13、Ensure company’s funds are being operated in accordance with group treasury objectives by closely monitoring cash activities.
14、Ensure effective credit control by periodically reviewing credit levels and payment pattern of customers.

| 任职资格： |
1、Bachelor Degree with major in accounting or related fields.
2、CPA a plus.
3、More than 8 years Working Experience in finance, and more than 3 years Working Experience in one of the Big4 CPA firms firms.
4、Progressive industry experience in Retails with a reputable international or domestic firm.
5、Attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented and organized.
6、Good team leadership.
7、Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
8、Ability to Communicate in Both Spoken and Written English. |
